Getting in Touch: What to Include and Where to Look First

A little detail in your first message goes a long way. Whether you are asking about a beer, planning a group visit or proposing a collaboration, a clear note helps us reply with a useful answer rather than a string of follow-up questions.

Tips for a quicker reply

• Use a descriptive subject line, such as "Group visit question", "Food truck partnership" or "Event enquiry", so your message reaches the right person sooner.
• Mention dates and group size if you are thinking about bringing friends, colleagues or a celebration to the taproom. Rough numbers are fine.
• Name the beer if your question is about something on tap or in cans. Many breweries rotate seasonal and small-batch releases, so knowing exactly which one you mean helps.
• Include a way to reach you if you would prefer a phone call back, along with the best time of day.

Answers you may find on the site

Some questions can be answered before you write. Our beer listings show what we brew, and the events page covers trivia nights, releases and other gatherings. If you are curious which mobile kitchens set up outside, the food trucks page lists our partners.

Food vendors, musicians and local groups

We enjoy hearing from Fraser Valley food trucks, performers, community organisations and fellow makers. If you would like to work together, tell us a bit about what you do, the kind of event or arrangement you have in mind, and any links to your work or menu. We read every proposal, though we may not be able to say yes to everything.

Visiting in person

If you prefer to talk face to face, the taproom desk is the place to go. Busy evenings and weekends can mean a short wait for staff, so quieter hours are often best for longer conversations. Please remember that you must be of legal drinking age in British Columbia to be served, and plan a safe ride home.
